attention points when using ceramic knife
- ceramic knife is fit for soft food materials, suck as fish, sushi, meat without bone, cooked food, fruits and vegetables, kinds of sweets.
- antibacterial chopping block is better to used together with ceramic knife, wooden and bamboo chopping block is ok too. but please do not use stone block.
- ceramic knife is fragile, so do not chop or slap or pry hard food materials such as bone and frozen food with it to prevent the knife blade
- clean ceramic knife with water or neutral cleaner. wipe from the back to the blade, for the knife is too sharp.
- ceramic knife is made by special material, it can not be grinded by common grindstone, only special diamond grindstone is allowed to use
special attention: ceramic knife is too sharp, please keep it in knife box or knife shelf and do be out of the reach of children.
